MFI Soft products are deployed and operated by over 600 service providers in 74 countries. Our customers in Russia include MTS, MegaFon, VimpelCom, Comstar-UTS, Interregional Company Svyazinvest, Rostelecom, TransTeleCom Company and many others.

Our product portfolio includes class 4 and class 5 softswitches, information assurance solutions and lawful interception systems for packet-switched networks.

MFI Soft has evolved from the in-house software development center of MERA Group. MERA Group has over 17 years of expertise in software development for telecommunications.

Management

	Alexander Ivanov is President of MFI Soft and Chairman of MFI Soft Board of Directors. Mr. Ivanov has over 40 years of expertise in the telecom industry; he is Doctor of Engineering and Professor Emeritus. Previously, he held the office of Deputy Chief Signals Officer of the USSR Armed Forces for Science, Technology and Weapons, then the position of Vice-Minister of Communications of the USSR, and later presided over the RF State Committee for Telecommunications. In 1997 — 2006 he was President of Comet, a Moscow-based telecom carrier.
	Oleg Fayerberg is Vice-President and Member of the Board of Directors of MFI Soft. Since 1975 Mr. Fayerberg occupies executive positions and takes part in large-scale telecommunication projects implementation. Mr. Fayerberg holds a PhD in Economics and is the author of numerous publications and inventions. He holds the title of «Honorary Telecommunication Worker of the Russian Federation». In 1997 — 2006 Mr. Fayerberg was CEO of Comet, a Moscow-based telecom carrier.
	Project Author Dmitry Ponomarev Dmitry Ponomarev is Vice-President and Member of the Board of Directors of MFI Soft, and the founder of several successful telecom service providers, including KIS (Commercial Information Networks) and ADS (Agency of Business Communications). Mr. Ponomarev is the founder of MERA Group, a major software developer for the telecom industry in Russia and Eastern Europe. Mr. Ponomarev holds a PhD in Engineering and is the author of more than 70 scientific papers and 12 patents in telecommunications.
	Project Research Manager Vladimir Krylov Vladimir Krylov is Chief Technology Officer of MeraLabs. Mr. Krylov is Doctor of Engineering, Professor Emeritus, and is the author of more than 200 research papers. Previously Mr. Krylov supervised innovation projects development in Intel, Microsoft and MERA Networks.
