Proposal of a new work item on creation of a decentralized name resolution system architecture for global IP-networks
The presentation of a proposal demonstrated on the ITU SG-17 study group meeting by Vladimir Krylov in April 2010. The proposal comprises the creation of a global IP-network name resolution system on a basis of a peer-to-peer self organizing network.
Multimedia Content Description Format
This presentation describes a new media resourse description format. The description format has been created within the frames of the Cognitive Internet project. This presentation describes the initial (draft) version of the description format.
Ways to acheive democratic regulation of the Internet (in Russian)
This publication describes the technical solution of the problem of "democratization" of the Internet regulation principles. The solution comprises the creation of a decentralized Internet host name resolution system with flat hierarchy on the basis of Metrized Small World data structure.
New Architecture and Protocols for Global-Scale Machine Communities
This article is about a new universal architecture which allows electronic devices of different functionalities and manufacturers, as well as on-line services, to seamlessly interoperate with each other in the global scope of the Internet. The main idea is that electronic devices and on-line services all over the world can join together by means of the Internet and form so called virtual communities. Within the bounds of these communities all the members can seamlessly discover each other by many different search criteria, establish dynamic cooperation sessions, control each other and monitor internal state within the bounds of established dynamic cooperation.
Product and Site System Lifecycle (presentation)
This presentation was made within the frames of works on creating a virtual representation of goods in the Internet. It considers the life cycles of goods sites in their relation with the life cycles of the goods themselves, that is the most important aspect of the above-mentioned system.

The minimization of the manipulative Internet control risks by switching to peer-to-peer DNS architecture
The Internet is a no man’s land. The integrity and accessibility of the system is guaranteed by a complex interaction of actors, based on the compatibility of technologies and the centralized distribution of name space.
The control of the access to the Internet resources is based on the technical subsystem of DNS, which is based on a hierarchical architecture.
The Internet integrity is ensured by the correct functioning of the top level of the DNS hierarchy.
The possibility of deliberate change of the top level functioning rules in the interests of an isolated Internet segment is a case of manipulative control of the network as the whole. It makes the network insecure.
